Risk Assessment & Hazard Register

Identify your hazards, rate the risk before and after controls, and produce a register you can print or export. Everything stays in your browser — nothing is sent anywhere.

This tool uses a common 5×5 risk matrix to help you prioritise. It is an aid, not a legal standard — under the HSWA your duty is to eliminate risks so far as is reasonably practicable, and minimise what remains. See Hazard register & risk assessment and the primary duty of care for what that means.
